This is our most comprehensive and immersive offering. Designed for couples who value thoughtful design and decisive leadership, this service provides complete strategic oversight from initial concept through final execution.

We approach your wedding as a fully realized production aligning creative vision with structure, managing moving parts with intention, and guiding each phase with clarity. Every decision is filtered through both aesthetic refinement and logistical precision, ensuring the experience feels elevated, cohesive, and seamless from beginning to end.

On your wedding weekend, we direct the environment, the team, and the timing allowing you to step into the celebration fully confident that every detail has been carefully considered.

Final investment is tailored based on guest count, location, scope of production, and overall complexity. We take on a limited number of full-service celebrations each year to ensure the highest level of focus and leadership for every couple we serve.

Wedding Management

Our Wedding Management service is designed for couples who have thoughtfully planned their celebration and are ready to transition from decision-making to execution. Beginning in the final months before your wedding, we step in to organize, refine, and oversee every confirmed detail ensuring your plans are carried out with clarity, structure, and confidence

Beginning approximately 60 days prior to your wedding, we step in to organize, refine, and oversee the final details. We review vendor contracts, confirm logistics, build a comprehensive production timeline, and ensure every moving part is aligned before the big day.

Our role is to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to the final stretch so you can transition from planning to simply anticipating the celebration ahead.

On your wedding day, we direct vendors, manage timing, troubleshoot discreetly, and ensure your vision is executed exactly as intended.

We plan destination weddings and intimate celebrations both domestically and internationally, guiding you through the added layers of travel, vendor coordination, and guest logistics with clarity and structure. From sourcing trusted local partners to managing multi-event timelines, we ensure your celebration unfolds seamlessly from arrival to farewell.

Our Destination Wedding service is designed for couples planning a celebration beyond their home city whether across the country or internationally. These events require thoughtful coordination, layered logistics, and a trusted team who can navigate both creative vision and unfamiliar terrain with confidence.

We begin by understanding the atmosphere you want to create, then build the right foundation from venue selection and local vendor sourcing to guest experience planning and travel considerations. Destination wedding planning is a fully customized service. Investment is determined by location, number of events, guest count, and overall scope of production.

As on-site leadership is essential, travel and accommodations for the KMC team are incorporated into the overall proposal.
