What Should I Expect For Costs?
Depending on your event venue, and on top of the cost of the actual rental, all other items needed to invite guests into your tent will be brought in from other companies. This is a look into what our typical couple spends on average for their rentals and decor.

Wedding Tent
This is entirely dependent on your wedding size and what the venue allows logistically. Some venue such as Greenacres Foundation and Peterloon Estate include the structure tent with their rental.
If you are choosing a venue that does not come with a tent, the costs could vary based on the vendors allowed through your venue and also the type and size of tent.
Our average clients spent $16000 on a tent rental for a wedding with 150 guests. This does not include if you want to rent flooring. This is simply for the structure of the tent, the permits and power and then we still need to bring in the rest of the rental items after that.

2. Ceiling Drape
Our favorite feature especially in a structure style tent is draping. It really softens the room and offers a finished aesthetic for your overall wedding tent design. From partial to full pleated drape (as seen here) and in variety of colors, our clients spend an average of $7000 on their draping for the ceiling in their tent.
3. Lighting or Chandeliers
There are differences between necessary lights to aesthetic lights but that doesnt mean they are mutually exclusive. We definitely use a combination of both on our tent designs.

Basic Lighting
One of the basic things we recommend our clients do, especially if they arent opting to splurge on massive chandeliers is to pin spot their tables (light up the centerpieces) and wash light over the bars and cake. This allows for gorgeous mood lighting as the sun goes down and complements the dance floor lights your DJ will provide. Another option is twinkle lights or bistro lights and uplighting around the perimeter. You cant just rely on candle light for the safety of your guests. Various lighting packages cost an average of $2800.
Chandeliers
From glamorous crystal chandeliers to 6 round hoops (as seen) and even beaded or basket lanterns, depending on your aesthetic, these can really add that special touch to your tent after the sunsets. Our clients average cost for (multiple) chandeliers is $3000. This doesnt include any florals or greenery.
6. Linens & Tabletop
Paired with the florals, this is the bulk of all the pretty in the room. We always recommend upgrading linens from the basic poly as it makes such a huge impact on the design. This goes for the napkins as well. Nicer fabrics, colors and patterns/textures really make a big difference in making your wedding stand out. Our clients on average spend $3000 on their linens.
Tabletop items include chargers, plates, flatware, glassware and even table numbers and menus. Having beautiful place settings is a must for our designs! But focusing on just the hard goods (chargers, plates, flatware and glass), our clients on average spend $3400 on their table top items.
8. Flowers, flowers, flowers
Theres a saying that its not a wedding until the flowers arrive and we are big supporters of that phrase.
From ceiling installations to ceremony aisle pieces to centerpieces, bar pieces and more – flowers really make a statement at your wedding. Here is a quick average of what our clients spend on average for specific items in their floral budget.
Bridal Bouquet – $300
